If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

3. License Deactivation

Please note that after a refund is issued, your PastePaw license key will be deactivated immediately, and you will no longer have access to the Pro features.

4. Purchases Made via the Mac App Store

Please note that this 14-day refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through our official website.

We do not have the technical ability or authorization to process refunds for purchases made through the Apple Mac App Store. All App Store transactions are strictly handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's own refund policies. If you purchased PastePaw from the Mac App Store and need a refund, you must request it directly through Apple's Report a Problem page.
